Description


Located in a century-old house just off Splits main shopping promenade, Marmont is a great base for exploring the city or enjoying its many shops and cafes. This newly-renovated and spacious 1-bedroom apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a large bathroom with shower, and a combined kitchen, living, and dining area.

Amenities include air conditioning (in living room only), LCD satellite TV, wireless Internet, coffee maker, kettle, washing & dish machine, sofabed which can sleep 2 children, and a balcony from which guests can observe the bustling streets below.

NOTE: There is a 3-night minimum in July/August, a 2-night minimum in May/June/September, and no minimum in other months.

Really good apartment in its location and accommodations. All things you will need for your stay in Split. Neven is a great host and really helpful.

My husband & I started off our Croatian adventure in Marmont apartment in Split. It was the perfect location - close to the palace, bus station and cafes. We originally were going to stay in the studio apartment as this one was booked but when there was a cancellation the owner was kind enough to offer it to us - thank you! Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed including a cold pivo which tasted great after a long day of travel. Loved being so close to the local produce market and would highly recommend the hike to the Marjan peninsula.

I clearly recommend this apartment if you want to visit Split it´s in the center of the town and at 500 meters of the bus if you want to go to the beach and near the boats to make excursions to islands. Owner was very kind with us and everything was perfect in the apartment.
