Situated in a new residential apartment building in a quiet neighborhood in Lapad, Solto is conveniently located within easy walking distance of markets, restaurants, café bars, and a bus stop with regular service to Old Town. There are many nearby beaches to choose from, with the closest one just 10 minutes away by foot. This modern and spacious apartment offers guests 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a combined living & dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a small, street-facing terrace. Amenities include air conditioning (in the living room only), washing machine, dishwasher, DVD player, and private parking space. The apartment’s position on the ground floor (there are only 4 small steps leading into the building) makes it an excellent choice for those who have difficulty with stairs.
