This 125-square meter 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa sits almost at the very end of Cavtat’s Old Town, enjoying a quiet position with spectacular sea views. It is just steps away from Cavtat’s waterfront promenade which boasts a string of restaurants, cafes, shops, and markets in one direction, and a beautiful tree-lined walkway dotted with swimming beaches in the other.
The ground floor of the villa has one double bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower, a small sitting area with futon, and a laundry room. The first floor boasts a spacious living room and a full kitchen, both of which are well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The sea-facing windows provide lots of natural light as well as magnificent views of the harbor. The second floor features one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and another bedroom with single bed and desk (there is a wired Internet connection** in this room). The air conditioning unit on this floor is in the hallway.
The highlight of this property is its ample outdoor space: enjoy an evening glass of wine on the large covered balcony as you gaze out at the crystal blue Adriatic or relax with a book on the swinging bench on the lovely stone terrace, which is flanked by a petite mandarina tree and a mature grape vine.
Amenities include: air conditioning (in the downstairs bedroom, and in the hallways of the 1st and 2nd floors), satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, wired Internet**, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, and baby cot on request. This is a non-smoking property.
