1.  Clients must provide the following valid credit card information at the time of booking:

     - Credit card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

     - Credit card number

     - Expiration date

     - Credit card security code

     - Cardholder name

     - Billing address associated with card

     - Billing phone number associated with card

2.  15% of the tour price will be charged to the credit card 3 days prior to the scheduled tour date.  The remaining balance is payable in cash to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 

3.  There will be no charge for cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
