The Space

Spread across two spacious levels, this apartment is designed for travelers who refuse to compromise on comfort.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright, inviting living area with a comfortable sofa bed and direct access to your private outdoor oasis. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a filter coffee machine, along with all the necessary dishes and glassware. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level.

Your private paved terrace with a lounge sofa is the star of the show. Whether it’s morning coffee or a glass of local wine at sunset, this is where you will spend your favorite hours.

The upper floor is home to a serene bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed (160x200 cm). Bedroom features its own private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and views straight from your room. The main bathroom is also on this level, fully equipped with a modern shower and all the essentials.

We have thought of everything so you do not have to. The apartment features air conditioning in every room, Free WiFi, and a Smart TV. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and two dedicated private parking spaces, which is a true rarity in Dubrovnik.

The nearest beaches, such as Sulic or Dance, are within a 12 to 15 minute walk, offering crystal clear waters away from the main tourist port. For your daily needs, a well-stocked grocery store and local cafes are just 5 minutes away on foot.
