Apartment Mondo A2

This is a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment located in Mokošica, a peaceful suburb of Dubrovnik located only 20 minutes’ driving from the Old Town. 

The apartment consists of one  bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower, an open space kitchen with a dining table and living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster. Amenities include: flat screen SAT TV, free Wi-Fi, AC and a private bathroom with shower. The large shared terrace equipped with outside dining table, BBQ and sun loungers is available for the guests to use. The apartment can be combined with the next door apartments Mondo A1, Mondo A3, Mondo Studio 1 and Mondo Room 1 to accommodate up to 11 guests. Next to the terrace guests can find communal laundry room which is at their disposal.

The nearest beach is Lozica, located approximately 2 kilometres away from the property. There is a restaurant serving local and international specialties 2 km away. The local pizzeria is just 200 meters away from the apartment. A bar and a bakery can be found just a few steps away. The bus Station and Ferry Port can be found 8 km away, while local buses stop just 30 meters away.  Fee private parking is available, reservation is needed.

Apartment Mondo A2  sleeps 2 (+1*) guests

* Possibility to accommodate 1 additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room. Extra guests cost 10 Euro per person, per night.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 
 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
