This exclusive high décor apartment located just above Old Town of Dubrovnik offers a stunning view of the entire eastern side of the city and the island of Lokrum. Set in the elite Ploče area, the property with three bedrooms, a generous-sized terrace and private swimming pool represents a truly special place to stay in.

The apartment(120 m2 indoor plus 50m2 terrace) features 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms(1 is en suite bathroom), living room, lounge area, study room which can accommodate 2 extra guests on the pull-out sofa bed. There is a fully equipped American style kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, ice maker, coffee machine and dishwasher. The apartment has a private terrace with a swimming pool, summer kitchen, sitting area, loungers and parasol on an upper deck (15 steps) above the property. There is also a second terrace on the same level as the apartment offering dining area and BBQ. A parking place is available above the apartment. Amenities include air conditioning (all rooms), SAT LCD TV, DVD, hi-fi , wireless Internet, full kitchen, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, swimming pool, BBQ, safety box. It can be combined with Hedera A7 and A8 located in the same building to accommodate up to 20 guests.

Ploče is a calm neighborhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking 106 steps down, or from the bottom road walking 150 steps up. Old Town is approximately 10 minutes walk down the hill, for return trip it is recommended taking a taxi from Pile or Ploče gate, taxi ride would cost ca. 8 EUR or 60 HRK.

Hedera A9 sleeps 6 (+2*) guests.

* Possibility to accommodate additional 2 guests on the sofa bed in the work room.

Extra guest costs 10 Euro per person per night.


*In response to recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

Thank you for a lovely stay! The view from the apartment was amazing. Best view in the city with excellent sunset views. Pool was lovely and refreshing. Much bigger than I thought. Didn’t realise it was actually separate from apartment and up steps but this wasn’t an issue, was a lovely space! Very comfortable stay. Would def recommend!
