This is a lovely 1-bedroom apartment with terrace offering magnificent see view and free parking located in picturesque village called Orašac. Apartment offers a homey and peaceful atmosphere for visitors while discovering Dubrovnik and its surrounding area.

Apartment, which was  recently fully renovated, is located on the 1st floor of a family house and has a separate entrance from the parking area and garden.  Property offers one bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, open space kitchen with dining  and living area from where glass door opens onto a cozy terrace with sitting area and a hanging chair offering remarkable see view. The property is designed to provide a feeling of home to guests with its décor, additional amenities such as books, board games, shared bbq and a small welcome gift is prepared as a memory to take home. Guests may be welcomed by the hosts friendly pet cat but usually does not bother anyone during stay.

Amenities include: SAT TV, free WiFI, AC, washing machine,  books and board games, terrace, hanging chair, basic toiletries, private parking, and a well equipped kitchen with toaster, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and an electric kettle.

Orašac is a calm village near Dubrovnik, approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Several family-owned restaurants offering traditional home made meals prepared with products from their own farms and gardens can be found in the nearby villages within less than 10 minutes drive. The local supermarket is approximately 500 meters away from the apartment and it is open 7 days a week during the summer season. The nearest beach is called Hawai Beach, famous for its crystal clear water and restaurant which are 1,6 km away, less than 5 minutes by car. The nearby resort, Sun Gardens Dubrovnik offers many bars, restaurants, shops, a wellness and beaches, which is also just 5 minutes driving from the property.
