The house is family-owned and built in the classic Mediterranean style, with thick stone walls that keep it cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Tucked away in a quiet forested area with no neighbors nearby, it offers total privacy and tranquility. Its elevated position provides a breathtaking panoramic sea view — a true hidden gem for anyone seeking a relaxing retreat.

The interior of the house is spread over multiple levels and offers plenty of space: four comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest toilet, two inviting living areas, and three fully equipped kitchens — ideal for large groups or multiple families traveling together. The house is fitted with everything you need for a carefree stay, including fast Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The exterior is just as impressive — a spacious Mediterranean-style yard features a hot tub, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and comfortable outdoor furniture, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. A covered outdoor dining area invites you to enjoy long, laid-back meals, whether you’re grilling on the electric BBQ or sitting around the large stone fireplace on cooler evenings.

Indoors, you can enjoy a cozy Netflix movie night with the projector setup or dive into some gaming on the PlayStation 4. For some friendly competition, there’s a large ping pong table and a dedicated game table for a round of Ludo.

Families are more than welcome — a baby crib is available upon request, as well as two extra single beds (instead of the sofa) for additional guests.

Despite its peaceful location, everything you need is nearby. The closest grocery store, Studenac, is just a five-minute walk away. You can reach Sunset Beach in about 10 minutes on foot or take a quick local bus ride. The famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is only 25 minutes away by foot or 10 minutes by bus.

Peaceful Old Stone House can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, offering the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and proximity to the best that Dubrovnik has to offer.
