First Floor: A bright and open living room with a large sofa bed (suitable for 2 guests) offering direct access to the private courtyard. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, and utensils) and a full bathroom with a shower cabin.
Second Floor: Two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, a dedicated work desk, ample storage space, and an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms features direct access to a private balcony with sea views and sweeping vistas of the Old Town.
