In addition to the main full bathroom, there is a separate guest toilet. The living room is air-conditioned and features a Smart TV with MaxTV and a dining table. A key highlight is the separate, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware. The kitchen offers a view of the terrace with direct access to it. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

First Floor: The upper floor consists of two smaller residential units that provide extra privacy. Each unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and seating area. The larger unit also includes a sofa bed, suitable for one additional guest.
