Apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential building and offers 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds, bathroom with shower and open plan kitchen with living room and dining area and a small patio in front which is equipped with an outside dining  table. 

Amenities include: Free WiFi, AC (living room and one bedroom), Cable TV, Iron and ironing board, Washing machine, Private parking, Patio, and well equipped kitchen with electric kettle, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.

Apartment is located within a 15 minutes walking distance from Old Town where you can find  many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and attractions. Grocery store is located with a 2 minutes walking distance from the property. Nearest beach is Bellevue which is only 10 minutes away from the apartment while famous Banje beach near Old Town is approximately 20 minutes walking distance.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. 

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 
 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *
